Overview
The Fruitball is a rare, limited-time crop designed for multiple harvests. It was introduced as part of the Celebrity Guest Event prior to the major update.
Appearance
The plant produces fruits shaped like American footballs, giving it a sporty theme. Its color palette closely resembles the NFL logo and even shares similarities with the Kansas City Chiefs, the team Travis is associated with. The in-game model differs slightly from the preview image shown during the event announcement.
Obtainment
Players could acquire the Fruitball exclusively by participating in the Celebrity Guest Event.
Trivia
This was the first seed introduced through a collaboration, excluding the earlier Bizzy Bees event.
It holds the distinction of being the first seed obtainable via an admin-hosted event.
Its structure is inspired by the Mango Tree model.
The original name for this crop was Football Blossom.
Upon release, a glitch incorrectly displayed its base price as around 34k, due to an unusually high huge-chance rate. This was later “shadow nerfed” to the correct value of approximately 7k, a change that the community often refers to as a secret nerf.
